The 43rd Annual Western District Convocation is coming up soon, from September 3-6, 2026! This year's event promises to be incredible, featuring guest speakers Bishop Aggrey Scott, Pastor Abbey-Gail Allen, and our district bishop, Bishop Daniel Samuels. It's an opportunity for four days of worship, inspiring teachings, and meaningful fellowship, continuing the tradition that has united thousands for over 40 years.
Meet the western district
The BUC of Canada’s Western District comprises six churches located in different cities, stretching from British Columbia and the Yukon Territories to Manitoba. As a unified body within the BUC of Canada family, the Western District is committed to spreading the Good News throughout Western Canada and beyond.
The Western District is spearheaded by our visionary leader and District Bishop, Bishop Daniel Samuels - Senior Pastor of Bethel United Apostolic Church in Surrey, British Columbia.
The churches in the Western District actively serve their local communities year-round through various initiatives, including city-to-city evangelism, food pantries, holiday food drives, and community events. Each year, during Labour Day Weekend, the churches of the Western District come together for worship, preparation, and mutual growth.
